Welcome! I have 15 plus years planning and organizing outdoor events in NYC. From street festival with remote pop up bars to managing 100+ outdoor tables at NYC largest outdoor seating area. I have knowledge and experience in outdoor dining and would love to help you restaurant or bar succeed during this new era in the food and beverage industry.
I will spend some time observing how the restaurant is currently run. Discuss creative ideas with you on how we can get your restaurant or bar up and running successfully outdoor or with limited inside seating.
I can offer your suggestions on making changes to the menu for easy to cook and serve good. Suggestions on interior design to maximize social distancing. I will train management and staff to make sure they have the necessary tools to carry out the improvement plan. After the plan is under way, I will continue to check in regularly to see how the restaurant is doing.
I can be brought in at an earlier stage, before a new restaurant even opens its doors. In this case, I’ll be working with you starting from scratch to develop the original concept, food selection, ambiance, and daily operations of the business.
Bio
I have been in the restaurant industry since 2002. I started in the back of house learning how a restaurant works. Working my way up to front of the house. I have worked every position in a restaurant. Most of my career, I have been a general manager in charge of all staff and daily operations. I became highly experienced and successful in planning, managing and running multiple outdoor festivals in NYC where remote pop up bars where needed. As well as outdoor grilling and cooking.
